The BGC30-BQ-N 30-inch Built-in Natural Gas Grill by DCS provides one of the highest quality grilling experiences available. Featuring 304 stainless steel construction, this grill has been engineered to withstand the test of time. This unit features cast stainless steel grill grates with two sides-one with a gentle radius for delicate foods and another with a W-shape capable of providing perfect sear lines. A patented Grease Management System directs grease and oil away from the flames to prevent flare-ups and simplify cleaning. Each of this unit's main U-shaped burners delivers 25,000 BTU to a layer of ceramic rods just below the grill grates, allowing for more precise temperature control across the entire grilling surface. Each precision ported stainless steel burner delivers an impressive 25,000 BTU for maximum heat capability while the layer of ceramic rods that sits between the burners and grill grates provides a more controlled heat to offer both high temperature searing and low, controlled cooking. Each burner is ignited with the 9V battery ignition system for simple usability.
